Step Quest

Step Quest terms of service

Effective October 11, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and NewZenith Datacom OPC, the Philippine company that publishes Step Quest (“we”). By installing or using Step Quest, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Using the app

Step Quest is free. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install it and use it on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, sell it or access to it, or remove its notices, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms.

Google Play’s terms also apply to how you got the app from Google Play.

Not medical advice

Step Quest is a game. It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t give medical or fitness advice. Its goals and streaks are game mechanics, not health recommendations.

Step counts come from Health Connect and the apps and devices that feed it, and they may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check with a doctor before you start a new exercise routine or increase your activity, especially if you have a health condition.

Walk safely

Pay attention to where you’re walking, not to the app. Don’t use Step Quest while driving or cycling, and follow local rules about where you walk.

Game progress

Step Energy, Credits, ship parts and everything else you earn exist only inside the app. They have no money value, and you can’t sell them, transfer them or exchange them for anything outside the game.

Your progress is stored only on your phone. If you delete your data, uninstall the app or lose the phone, it’s gone, and we can’t restore it because we never had a copy.

Updates and test builds

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the app. Test builds may have bugs and may change more often than released versions.

No warranty

We provide Step Quest “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors, count every step or always be available, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law, or under the consumer law of the country you live in, that can’t be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that date, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
